CHAIRMAN
YAM TUNKU KAMARIAH AMINAH MAIMUNAH ISKANDARIAH BINTI SULTAN ISKANDAR
Her Highness Princess Kamariah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah currently holds the post of one of the trustees for the Sultan Iskandar Foundation, a foundation that supports the Post-Graduate scholars for the less privileged in their education and research works. A member of the Johor Royal Family, Princess Kamariah is the eldest sister of His Majesty The Sultan of Johor. Her Highness is the Patron of P.S The Children, an NGO body for the sexually abused childrenfor the State of Selangor and Federal Territory in Malaysia,
Internationally, Princess Kamariah is also an Ambassador of the Asian Liver Center at Stanford University in United States of America. In addition to her patronage to various charity organizations, Princess Kamariah is active in the corporate world in Malaysia and has been involved in constructions, development and agricultural business and companies.

DEPUTY CHAIRMAN
KHALID BIN ABDUL SAMAD
Khalid bin Abdul Samad is a Malaysian politician who served as the Minister of Federal Territories in the Pakatan Harapan and also the former Member of Parliament (MP) for Shah Alam from March 2008 to November 2022. He is a member, Communications Director and State Chairman of Kelantan AMANAH, a component party of the PH coalition and was a member of the Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS), a former component party of the former Pakatan Rakyat (PR) and Barisan Alternatif (BA) coalitions.
He is also the younger brother of Tan Sri Shahrir Abdul Samad, former Minister and MP of the UMNO.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
DATO’ ZAKI RAZAK
Dato’ Zaki’s career in commercial banking spans 30 years. In his career journey, he has held strategic positions in both international and government banks. In Citibank he helped transform the bank into the best provider of consumer banking.
At Kuwait Finance House, another international bank, he successfully coordinated and managed the establishment of the operational setup, IT, regulatory and human infrastructure, a requirement in order to commence business.
He was also tasked to help develop a new business strategy and plan to revamp the bank that is affected by high NPLs, restructure the organization and redefine the management’s respective roles.
At the government bank, the National Savings Bank of Malaysia, Dato’ Zaki helped to redefine the Strategic Plan of the bank, rectified systemic weaknesses in its organizational set-up and operations, identified clear accountabilities and managed the implementation of its short and long-term objectives. He also led the restructuring of the 400 branches of the bank to be efficient channels for providing banking services and generation of business revenue. During his tenure, he launched the Micro Credit under the government program to help small businesses and stimulate economic growth.
For 13 years Dato Zaki volunteered as a committee member of the Association of Banks in Malaysia, which was responsible for setting rules, regulations and policies governing the operations of commercial banks in Malaysia.
Outside of banking sector, Dato’ Zaki also acquired relevant experience in the plantation industry. Resulting from the cumulative experiences, Dato Zaki has successfully acquired the necessary experience and knowledge on the importance of organizational development and effectiveness. The need to formulate strategies, setting values and priorities and the criticality of translating strategies into measurable results leading towards the achievement of the corporate vision.

NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
FRANK LING
Frank Ling is the co-founder of a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. He develops and executes the company’s business strategies, implementing its vision, mission, long term goals and provide strategic advice to the board.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from University of Kansas, Kansas, United States of America. He has more than 30 years experience in managing operations with private and listed companies, in Software, IT, Services and Logistics.

SUSAN WONG
Susan, a bumiputera from Sabah, possess natural skills in sizing and discovering value in real estate which made her a success as Consultant & Adviser in property development and commercial leasing throughout Malaysia. Some of her signature projects include the Multimillion Borneo HyperMall, Likas Mixed Development and Paragon Northgate Mixed Development.
Cumulatively she has garnered more than 20 years experience in hospitality, property and real estate. Susan graduated from Thames Business School, Singapore. Susan is currently the Director of Handal Energy Berhad.

STRATEGIC ADVISOR
DATO’ SERI ABDUL AZIM MOHD. ZABIDI
With a professional career spanning 40 years, Azim has been involved in a varied number of companies and organisations covering a wide spectrum of industry. From banking to telecommunications, his vast wealth of experience has brought him to the pinnacle of most of the fields he was involved with, both locally and abroad.
During this span of time, he had been appointed and/or elected as Chairman of Bank Simpanan Nasional, Vice President and Treasurer of the World Savings Banks Institute, President of the Federation of Malaysian Investment Managers, Board Member and Chairman of Audit Committee of the International Investment Funds Association, Chairman of the National Art Gallery, and Chairman of the National Sports Institute, amongst others. While holding these various positions, his contributions to these establishments had brought about immense positive changes.
Being passionate about sports since his school days, had led to his appointment by the Minister of Youth and Sports to serve on the Sports Advisory Council, a committee tasked to offer suggestions to the Government on amendments to the Sports Development Act. Subsequently, he was appointed Malaysia’s Chef-de-Mission to the Asian Games 2018 in Jakarta and Palembang, Indonesia. He was also elected Deputy President of the Olympic Council of Malaysia, for the period 2018 – 2021. Today, he is Chairman of Perak Football Club, position he holds with great enthusiasm.
Currently, he Chairs various Boards of public listed companies and various Non-Governmental Organisations and Foundations.

JOEY BAE BUMKI
Joey Bae, has 20 years of outstanding global business experience in the state-of-the-art manufacturing and ecommerce marketing strategy.
For the past 20 years in Malaysia, where is the hub of emerging ASEAN country, he was also involved in the beginning stage of Korea Multi-national corporate(MNC) such as Samsung SDI(re-established in 2012, battery) and Coway(established in 2005, water purifier). With the hard work of his Malaysian team, he witnessed that two conglomerates successfully are able to grow up until today’s size of a billion-dollar revenue in Malaysia.
He was appointed as a managing director of Picogram, which was listed in KOSDAQ and developed the new market in the industry. He achieved the market open of his one strategic product with 16 times increase during his contract.
He holds the double degrees in Electronics Engineering and International Marketing from the Pukyong National Univ. Busan, South Korea.

TENGKU FARITH RITHAUDDEN
Tengku Farith Rithauddeen is a key driving force in the Malaysian Information Technology (IT) having been directly involved in this industry for nearly 30 years. He co-founded SKALI, the de facto Malaysian IT provider.
His involvement in the IT industry in Malaysia dates back to the early 1990s. His career spans more than 30 years beginning with banking and moving on into techno preneurship when he co-founded SKALI with some friends to build the country’s ICT business. SKALI provides a broad spectrum of services which include e-commerce, complete disaster recovery solutions, web maintenance and cloud services. They also develop and implement web portals including content management support services. In addition, SKALI also provides high quality training programmes. Today, SKALI is acknowledged as one of the most trusted brands in the country. Internationally, the company has a growing footprint in ASEAN and Middle East.
In the banking sector, at CIMB he plays a key role in Corporate Finance and Capital Marketing departments and has extensive experience in corporate and financial structuring. His total track record covers banking, construction, infrastructure and consultancy.

OOI SIU HEOK
Ms Ooi is a successful entrepreneur n has over 30 years of experience in the retail marketing.
She has been actively involved in the car spare part components n she has led her company to be one of the leading companies in the said industry, generating multi million sales turnover yearly. She is also currently involved in Rakyat Gold International, embarking on the gold bars n jewellery retail business in collaboration with several key Koperasi institutions in Malaysia. She is currently the Director of Handal Energy Berhad

PR ADVISOR
MARK MOON JONGWON
Mark has 17 years of experience in PR and Marketing working at three of Korea’s top 10 major companies SK, POSCO, and KT(Korea Telecom), global companies such as Burson-Masteller Korea and McDonlad’s Korea, and an e-commerce start-up called Coupang which is now listed on the NYSE. As a senior PR and marketing manager at McDonald’s Korea, he planned and managed various campaigns, such as conducting academic seminars, holding press conferences, the WorldCup and Olympic events, and other CSR activities. At Coupang, he conducted customer-oriented marketing and acted as Marketing PM to launch new services like Rocket Delivery, WOW membership, and Coupang Play. From the experience of Coupang which has been growing by more than 30% in sales every year, Mark will make his contribution to the company by increasing DNA and his professional field of PR and Marketing.
